The present offer is directed to Investors, Developers, General Contractors and concerns the following installations: ventilation, air-conditioning, heating technologies, smoke extraction and those based on renewable  heating sources etc.

Our task is to indicate specific and rational savings with the aim of reducing investment costs and often at the same time operational costs.

In many cases these are substantial sums which remain in the “Pocket” of the investor. These savings are more than often realized by applying the latest technology optimizing equipment and materials and effective and rational conformity to technical solutions for the needs of a given investment. Our offered services are based on long-term practical experience in the design and realization of investments in the mechanical installation field.

Our services in the first stage are completely free. In the case of an interest in our offer you submit to us by e-mail your project documentation. If, in our opinion, this is correctly and optimally drafted with regard to costs then we give the appropriate opinion indicating eventual  minor remarks and proposed amendments. This service in free.

If however we find significant possible changes with the aim of reducing and optimizing costs then we put forward cooperation proposals. To begin with, after precise analysis of the subject matter we indicate a rough estimation by how much the investment costs can be reduced . Next we work out a detailed list of  technological changes, change of appliance and materials with appreciate estimates and selections as laid out to carry out the project changes. We also offer the drafting of complete documentation in interchangeable project form which we can execute from our own range. The fee for services is negotiated personally and is proportional to those found and proposed investment savings.

As an example of a few of our realizations whose task was cost reduction:

• 1. Two office buildings with a joint area of  32000 m2 – conversion of the classical cold water system, central heating and high-voltage boiler houses to the VRV system {heating} pumps

Saving for the investor about 6 000 000  -  7 000 000 Pln

• 2. Office buildings – area 30 000 m2

Buildings class “A” designed on cooling beams – conversion to VRV system as well as reduction of ventilation installation saving for the investors about 4 000 000 Pln

• 3. Office building – area 12 000 m2

Optimazation of following installations: ventilation, air-conditioning, smoke extraction and cold water units.

Saving for the investor – about 950 000 Pln

• 4. Logistic Hall – area 22 000 m2

Conversion of heating centre heating and boiler houses to gas and ventilation apparatus, optimazation of the ventilation installation

Saving for the investor about 550 000 Pln

• 5. Historical Building  -  area  6000 m2

Heating, air-conditioning and ventilation based on the renewable heat source in the form of deep drillings minimum capacity 730 KW
