We specialize in the latest technological solutions based on the products of  leading companies. We  place particular emphasis on finding and advertising the newest technology with the aim of reducing investment and operational cost assuring at the same time the highest level of quality and efficiency of the proposed solutions. We propose e.g. air – conditioning solutions based on the VRV systems – causes reduction of investment costs, significant reduction of operational costs { heating pumps }, very high efficiency and reliability of the equipment ease of installation as well as operational changes, as well as exact accounting of occupier costs in whichever configuration.

In office and public utility buildings boiler houses and heat distribution centres are unnecessary. The VRV systems based on air type heating pumps – the air fully guarantees the heating demands of  the building.

In large underground  garages we recommend the latest ventilation solutions based on jet -stream technology . This system fully substitutes  the classical sewer channel and carbon – monoxide concentration system as well as an expensive and complicated smoke extraction system This system is significantly cheaper both in investment and operational costs. Furthermore it takes up considerably less space which in turn gives the possibility of  reducing the height of the garages and consequently significant savings. The essential condition is designing a system at the initial stage of the construction – building design of the object.
